Christmas Craft & Gift Market – Stallholder Application

Join us for our Christmas Craft and Gift Market, taking place from 20th–22nd November. This much-loved event brings together a range of talented makers and independent businesses in a relaxed, and atmospheric setting at the start of the festive season.

The market has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with stunning decorations and lighting, high footfall, and visitors who are genuinely interested in finding unique, high-quality gifts. It’s a place where people come to browse, chat, and enjoy the experience of shopping from independent stallholders.

We aim to create a balanced mix of products, from handmade crafts and artwork to seasonal gifts and homeware, ensuring a varied and interesting offer for visitors. As a stallholder, you’ll be part of a supportive environment with like-minded sellers and an audience that appreciates originality and craftsmanship.

Dates & Times:

·         Open to shoppers: 

o   Friday 20th November – 1pm to 8pm

o   Saturday 21st November – 10am to 6pm 

o   Sunday 22nd November – 12noon to 4pm

·         Stall holder times:

o   Friday 20th November – Load in from 9.15am

o   Saturday 21st November – Access from 9.30am

o   Sunday 22nd November – Access from 11.30am

o   Sunday 22nd November – Load out 4pm – 7pm

Pitch Fees: 

• Inside the Cathedral – Single Stall 6ft (1 x 6ft table) – £150 plus booking fee
• Inside the Cathedral – Double Stall 12ft (2 x 6ft tables) – £250 plus booking fee
• Outside Stall – ground space only outside the front entrance of the Cathedral (no access to power, cover, chair or table provided) – £100 plus booking fee

·         Food Vendor – ground space only on the hard standing outside the front entrance of the Cathedral (no access to power, cover, chair or table provided) – £110 plus booking fee
