Tower Tours & Tower Top Climbs - Important Notes

Please read this important information and view the photos below before you make your booking for an Upper Levels and Tower Tour, or a Tower Climb.

This climb requires a good level of physical fitness and stamina. The guide will be happy to discuss the practical details with you and answer any questions you may have. If, at any point along the tour, you feel unwell and unable to continue, please make yourself known to the guides who will escort you to ground level.

Restrictions to Access

Access will not be permitted to:

  • Children under the age of 8 (children aged 8-17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.)

  • Anyone to be perceived to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

You should not climb if you:

  • Decisions and instructions of the Cathedral Guides are final and must be followed without question at all times.
